Matcha is an ingredient that is a powder that is used to make from drinks to desert and meals, in which originally comes from Japan, it is supposed have health benefits such as
Energy, Memory and focus enhancer, Fat blocker, Burner & Metabolism booster Lowers cholesterol, and is a Healthier alternative drink and more.

What do I think of it?
Personally I can't say this product works in general anyway due to having just one package, you may need to add this more often to your food and drinks for a long period of time. As for the taste I am personally not really a fan of it and I honestly not sure if I believe in this Matcha stuff but it's personally up to you to see if this product is for you.

I honestly don't think I would buy it because it just wasn't for me and 28 dollars for me is a lot for a small bag of powder but I am happy that I got to try it for free, so I thank the company that sent it to me.
